His solid pre-season performance gave him another shot in the team though Tolomia had a pair of good games for the Tigers last season. Known before as a scorer during his amateur days, the 27-yeard guard has to add new dimension to his game to survive in the league.
A first-round pick by Ginebra in the 2002 Draft, the former University of Perpetual Help standout played just 19 games for Coke last season and averaged 5.0 points a night in just 18 minutes per outing. His role in the team isn't expected to change this season but what Favis likes with Tolomia is his willingness to do the dirty work for the success of the team.
